Anti-Abuse Policy
Ensuring fair and ethical usage of Libix services for all customers
Libix offers one of the most generous free trial programs in the industry to allow genuine organizations sufficient time to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription.
To ensure fairness for all customers and to prevent misuse of promotional benefits, the following Anti-Abuse Policy applies to every trial account.
1. One Trial Per Organization
Each organization is eligible for one (1) complimentary 6-Month Free Trial only.
Eligibility is determined based on the identity of the organization and not merely on individual user accounts, email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices.
2. Duplicate Registrations
Creating multiple accounts for the same organization using different:
- Email addresses
- Mobile numbers
- Administrators
- Employees
- Branch names
- Departments
- Domains
- Devices
- Internet connections
- Any other identifying information
for the purpose of obtaining additional free trials is strictly prohibited.
3. Identity Verification
Before activating any trial account, Libix conducts a verification process which may include:
- Video demonstration and onboarding session
- Verification of organization details
- Verification of authorized representative
- Confirmation of organization ownership or authority
- Collection of business or institutional information
- Any additional verification deemed necessary by Libix
Trial activation is granted only after Libix is reasonably satisfied that the applicant represents a genuine organization.
Libix reserves the absolute right to refuse activation if verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
4. Fraudulent or Misleading Information
Providing false, incomplete, misleading, manipulated, or inaccurate information during registration or verification is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fake organizations
- Multiple registrations
- False ownership claims
- Misrepresentation of branches as separate organizations
- Fake contact information
- Impersonation
- Concealment of previous trial usage
5. Detection of Abuse
Libix may use manual review and automated systems to identify suspected abuse, including comparison of organization details, verification records, contact information, public records, and other legitimate indicators.
The methods used for fraud detection are proprietary and may change without prior notice.
6. Consequences of Abuse
Where Libix reasonably believes that a customer has attempted to abuse the free trial program, Libix may, without prior notice and at its sole discretion:
- Reject the application
- Suspend or terminate any related account
- Cancel promotional benefits
- Convert the account to a paid subscription where appropriate
- Recover unpaid subscription charges or damages through lawful means
- Permanently prohibit future registrations
- Take any other action available under applicable law
7. Reservation of Rights
Libix reserves the right to modify, discontinue, suspend, or withdraw the Free Trial Program, either in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
Participation in the Free Trial Program does not create any contractual right to receive future promotional offers.
8. Transfer of Trial Eligibility
Free trial eligibility is non-transferable and cannot be assigned, sold, transferred, or exchanged to another organization, branch, institution, franchise, or legal entity.
